- Deposit required prior to Commission work being started.

*Dental impression or 3D scan of your teeth required. Please either purchase an Impression Kit in addition to this item, or provide a 3D scan from a dental office.*

- Select the Number of Teeth you would like covered (1-16).

- Using the Teeth Selection Image (last image), enter the specific teeth you would like covered in the Teeth Selection box.

- (Example: Upper: 1,2,7,8 / Lower: 1,2,7,8)

- After you order- contact me with your design requests and we will begin working on your Custom Design!

- Sterling Silver (.925) - Contact me in regards to getting Gold Grillz or Tooth Caps. A quote will be arranged for you within 24 hours.
